Unresolved. Messy. Contradictory. Beautiful.
Awakening. Sad. Upsetting.
And all the moments in between.
I draw what it feels like to be human
About the practice
I’m Edie, French, living in Brighton and drawing things. I make illustrations, patterns and small printed companions for the full texture of human life. The mundane. The tender. The chaotic. The quietly strange.
I’m also training as a counsellor, which means I spend a lot of time thinking about what it feels like to be human. The drawings come from that, not as therapy, just as noticing.
The work is inclusive by instinct: various bodies, various lives, various ways of being in the world. Nobody explained, nobody fixed.
Agencies,
Art Directors
& Creative Collaborators
You’re working on meaningful projects — stories that deserve visuals with heart. I collaborate with creative teams, art directors, and ethical brands to deliver illustrations and surface patterns that feel sensitive, soulful, and on-brief. Whether it’s a well-being campaign, a product launch, or a mental health publication, I bring a warm, responsive approach to the design process.
Wellness & lifestyle Brands
You’re building something beautiful — a business rooted in inclusivity, creativity, or calm. Whether you’re a skincare founder, yoga teacher, or mindful product brand, I design branding and illustrations that reflect your ethos and connect with your audience. Together, we’ll create visuals that feel as intentional as your work.
What I do
Who I am
I’m Edie — a designer, illustrator and trainee counsellor based in Brighton.
After over a decade as a freelance designer, I’ve found my true passion in working with wellness professionals, therapists and purpose-led brands. I help people like you create authentic visual identities — ones that reflect the care, compassion, and depth at the heart of your work.
I bring a blend of Franglo-English perspective, Brighton’s creative energy, and a deep interest in mental health advocacy to everything I design. When I’m not sketching with a soya latte in hand, you’ll find me illustrating for mindfulness projects or wandering through nature with my notebook.
